How long delivery takes

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, the transit time is generally between 14 and 30 days. The total time you’ll wait combines that initial 3-7 day processing window with the carrier’s delivery schedule.

When delays happen

While we work to keep things on track, certain situations can extend delivery times. Public holidays, the destination country’s local processes, severe weather, and the practices of international couriers can all play a role. Even with these factors, the total shipping time will not exceed 30 days. We also cannot guarantee logistics timelines when restrictive elements like weather or holidays come into play.

Your responsibility if you arrange your own carrier

If you choose to use a carrier that we did not arrange, the responsibility for the shipment during transit shifts to you. For any loss, damage, or delay that occurs with a carrier you selected, you will need to handle that directly.

When we arrange the carrier, we take full responsibility for the package during transportation. This means we handle issues like loss, damage, or delay on your behalf.
