Before Your Order Ships

You can stop your order at any point before it leaves our facility or enters production. If you decide to cancel during this window, you’ll receive a full refund with no deductions. The moment your package is handed off to the carrier, the order becomes final and can no longer be cancelled. Our standard processing window runs 2-7 days, so acting quickly gives you the most flexibility.

If You Change Your Mind After Delivery

You have 14 days from the day your package arrives to request a return. The item needs to come back to us unused, in the exact condition you received it, and still inside its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy—we’ll need that to complete the process. And a quick heads-up: don’t send anything back to the manufacturer. That won’t reach us, and it will delay everything.

When you initiate a return because you’ve simply changed your mind, you’ll cover the return shipping cost. The rate depends on whichever carrier you select. Here’s the good news: you’ll never be charged more than one shipping fee total for the entire transaction, even if a return is involved. There are no restocking fees, ever.

When We Receive Your Return

As soon as your package lands back with us, we’ll inspect it and send you an email confirming it arrived. That same message will let you know whether your refund is approved or declined. Once approved, the money goes back to your original payment method—credit card or otherwise—within 7 days. You don’t need to do anything extra on your end; the credit applies automatically.

If Your Refund Seems Delayed

Sometimes the money takes a little detour before it shows up. If you don’t see it right away, here’s the order to follow:

  • Look at your bank account again—sometimes the pending transaction just needs a moment to settle.
  • Reach out to your credit card company. They occasionally have their own posting timelines that can make the refund appear later than expected.
  • Check with your bank. Processing delays on their side are common and usually resolve on their own.

When We Made a Mistake

If the item you received is damaged or isn’t what you ordered, that’s on us. In those situations, you won’t pay a cent for return shipping. We’ll handle the cost of getting the product back, and you’ll still be covered by the same refund timeline and process—inspection, email notification, and money back to your original payment method within 7 days of approval.
